B-01:
Hope & Healing for the Next Generation: Teaching Theology of the Body to Teens Who Are Searching for Love (A. Arevalo)
Today's teens are not rejecting truth-they are searching for love, identity, and belonging in a culture that often wounds them. This workshop equips catechists to present Theology of the Body not as rules, but as a path to healing, hope, and authentic human love. Integrating insights from Teen STAR and FOCCUS, participants will gain practical tools to accompany teens, respond to real-life challenges, and build pathways for ongoing engagement beyond Confirmation.

B-02:
Get to know them to introduce them to Jesus (J. Campbell)
When serving young people as a catechists or youth ministry volunteer before you can introduce them to a relationship with Jesus you need to make sure to engage them and build a relationship with them. Part of this is thinking outside of the typical classroom model of and plan an hour that grabs their attention, so they leave wanting to know more. In this session you will learn some practical tips to guide positive behavior in your sessions and engage the young people you serve.

B-03:
Inquiry/Pre-Catechumenate - the key to a transformative OCIA process (K. Crawford)
If the majority of published OCIA curriculum is to be believed, the Pre-Catechumenate is merely a simplified or rudimentary version of the Catechumenate. But this is not at what the OCIA text calls for. It calls for Evangelization, not Catechesis. It calls for personal accompaniment, not a classroom. In this workshop we will lay out a completely different model for how OCIA teams should be approaching the Pre-Catechumenate.

B-04:
Nurturing vocations in Faith Formation (M. Hurtado)
Just as plants and trees require care to flourish and yield fruit, vocations within the Church also need nurturing to grow. Catechists and teachers have a crucial role in fostering the vocation of children and young people, beginning from the earliest stages of their faith formation by initiating meaningful conversations. Through this influential role, they can support and guide their journey toward discovering their calling. Together, let us consider practical ways to speak about vacations with the children and youth under our care.

B-05:
Beyond the Surface: Rediscovering the Sunday Experience (M. Jaldon)
In this workshop, participants will rediscover the Sunday experience by exploring the sacred rituals and liturgical texts that shape our worship. Using Abbot Jeremy Driscoll's acclaimed book, What Happens at Mass, as our guide, we will move beyond the surface of the liturgy to encounter the living Presence of Christ. This session is ideal for the newly baptized, catechists, OCIA teams seeking deeper formation, and any parishioner desiring to renew their love for the Eucharist.

B-06:
Get Outside and Evangelize (R. Mahar)
By embracing ministry in the great outdoors, Catholic parishes can enrich the spiritual lives of their members, strengthen community bonds, promote environmental stewardship, and contribute to the common good. With that in mind, join us to learn how to inspire parishioners to participate in different outdoor activities. while teaching others to find God in the great outdoors.

B-07:
Lay leaders are architects of transformation (L Mesina, VDMF)
This workshop will equip, empower, and unlock the potential of lay leaders as active “agents of change” or “movement builders” who bring about transformation through their ministries.   How to view our lay leaders differently—the way Jesus views them. They are architects of change. This workshop will present Jesus as the Cornerstone, the solid rock upon which lay leaders rest. He sees laypeople not merely as “helpers” in His church, but as those who truly build His Kingdom in homes, at work, in the faith community, and in neighborhoods—through their lives and through their ministries.

B-08:
From Drop-Off to Discipleship: Evangelizing and Partnering with Families (J. Nufable)
Many parish ministries struggle to engage families beyond registration, attendance, or sacramental preparation. Yet parents and guardians remain the primary influence on young people's faith lives. This workshop explores how catechetical and youth ministry leaders can move from transactional ministry models to relational evangelization that accompanies families, builds trust, and creates pathways for long-term discipleship in parish life.

B-09:
Break the Stigma, Learn the Signs (S. Patrick)
This presentation will provide parish staff and leaders with information to help them identify and support individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis. The presentation will cover warning signs across the age span, along with resources that staff can use to refer individuals and families. The goal is to break the stigma and let those who are suffering and their families know that they are not alone in this journey and that there is hope.

B-10:
Why we're pro-life and what we can do about it? (G. Penner)
In this workshop, I plan to explain the Catholic basis for the pro-life position including examples from Scripture and Tradition. I will then explain how we can articulate this teaching and have conversations with others on this extremely controversial topic. I plan to go over important talking points and how can speak the truth in love on this topic. I plan to end this workshop with some thoughtful suggestions see how we get more people involved in pro-life ministry and events that advocate for the dignity of the human person. I would like to leave a few minutes for Q&A.

B-11:
Loving Your Neighbor Without Neglecting Your Spouse: Strengthening Marriage in the Midst of Ministry (R. Petitfils)
Ministry can be deeply meaningful—and deeply demanding. The very qualities that make someone effective in ministry often create challenges at home. Constant availability, emotional investment in others, leadership pressures, and the expectation to serve can quietly erode the connection that sustains a healthy marriage. In this honest and encouraging presentation, counselor and minister Roy Petitfils explores the unique pressures ministry places on couples and offers practical ways to protect, strengthen, and renew the marital relationship. You will learn how to prioritize connection, communicate more effectively, navigate conflict, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate a marriage rooted in Christ that flourishes alongside your ministry.

B-12:
Organizing for Mission: Visioning and Strategic Goal Setting in Ministry (J. Rinaldo)
Effective pastoral leadership requires more than managing day-to-day tasks; it demands a clear, forward-looking vision of where Christ is calling your ministry to go. This workshop equips parish leaders with practical frameworks to plan in advance, moving from broad spiritual hopes to concrete, measurable goals. Participants will discover how to align their resources, programs, and volunteer teams with a unified mission, ensuring that administrative planning becomes a life-giving practice of pastoral stewardship. | Pflaum
B-20:
